Appointments

Practice Nurse and Treatment room appointments can be booked in person at reception, by telephone on                 

028 79651250 Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm.

To speak to the GP, please ring the practice in the morning.

The GP will triage the call, by ringing you back and offer a suitable appointment if necessary.

Please be prepared to provide clinical information to our reception team who have been trained to assist our doctors in prioritising your request.

Do not take offence at this.

ALL STAFF are bound by the same confidentially policy

House visit requests should be made before 11.00am if same day visit is desired.  Requests made after this time cannot be guaranteed a same day visit. All requests for house visits will be triaged by a doctor. 

Cancellation

If you cannot attend your appointment for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible.  The appointment can then be made available for someone else in need.
