The Condition Management Programme
The Condition Management Programme helps you manage your health condition to allow you to progress towards, move into and stay in employment.
The programme is led by healthcare professionals, such as occupational therapists, physiotherapists and mental health nurses.
It is a well-established, clinically proven, free programme which can offer up to a maximum of 12 sessions of 1:1 and or group intervention.

When ordering repeat prescriptions, please allow 48 hours before collecting from your chosen chemist, so your request can be fully processed.
We will only look into any routine queries regarding prescription issues, after 48 hours has passed since the order was placed.

WEARING OF FACE MASKS IS NO LONGER REQUIRED IN THE PRACTICE. DEPENDING ON YOUR SYMPTOMS, YOU MAY BE ASKED TO WEAR A FACE MASK BY CLINICAL STAFF WHEN ATTENDING AN APPOINTMENT.
The surgery is open Monday to Friday between 8:30am - 5.30pm. We are closed for lunch from 1.00pm - 2.00pm daily.

Who is ‘Phone First’ for?
‘Phone First’ is for patients (including children):
- who are unwell and considering travelling to Antrim Area or Causeway Hospital Emergency Departments (EDs) or the Mid Ulster Hospital Minor Injuries Unit
- with an injury or illness which requires urgent treatment but is not immediately life threatening.
What is the ‘Phone First’ number?
From Monday to Friday, between 8am – 6pm, if you have an urgent problem (excluding serious illness or injury) and are considering travelling to Antrim Area or Causeway Hospital EDs or the Mid Ulster Hospital Minor Injuries Unit, please ‘Phone First’ on: 0300 123 1 123

GPs will not be providing letters regarding medication or Covid-19 recovery for travel. A medication list can be provided by reception.
