The surgery is open Monday to Friday between 8:30am - 5.30pm. We are closed for lunch from 1pm - 2pm daily. 

THE SURGERY CAN BE ACCESSED DURING LUNCH TIME. PLEASE RING THE INTERCOM TO SPEAK TO A MEMBER OF STAFF

TO ACCESS THE PRACTICE, DURING WORKING HOURS. PLEASE PRESS THE DISABLED BUTTON BELOW THE INTERCOM SYSTEM. THE DOOR IS CLOSED, BUT UNLOCKED, AND ACCESSIBLE TO PATIENTS.

What to do when we are closed

Outside of surgery hours, including bank holidays and weekends, emergency cover is provided by Dalriada Urgent Care.

Contact them on (028) 25 663500 if you require medical assistance.

Out-of-hours services are generally very busy so please only contact them if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In the case of a genuine medical emergency only, call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
